New Year, New Me is what I will see on people’s timeline in the next few days. They will post their goals and what they hope to accomplish next year. This cycle repeats every year, and if we know what we know now, then we know that a year can go haywire within seconds. So that motto of New Year, New Me is over for me! The motto is New Year, Next Step.
I took the step to be a full creative in August for the rest of year. Since then, I have traveled to Las Vegas, The DMV, Philly, and even London to connect and learn more about creative entrepreneurship and my role in this gig economy. Prior to that, I went to The Bay, LA, Texas, and Denver to discover that true passion. All of this traveling has lead me to this one quote I discovered back in NYC.
If you love something, then spend the time going after it because you deserve it. Thank you to everyone who has made me realize this through the year. We moving on to the next step of things and celebrating some of the work on the way.
Shiraz Night
Performances, Art, and a ton of networking. Shiraz Night was spectacular. We had so many amazing creatives in the building. It felt so good to host the event and provide the space for everyone to connect and learn from each other. Thank you to Shah Leezy, Yaya, Iolite Studios, The High Table, and all the amazing performers for bringing it together and allowing me to be the host of the night.
This photo below explains how the night went! Just laughs and smiles.
The Happy Villain:
As I mentioned before, this year has been about accepting who I am and the path that was set by me. Try to do this, I wrestled with some of my immature self while trying to recognize most of the positivity within my life. This battle created what we i see myself as “The Happy Villain”. A confused 23 yr old trying to see light where there’s darkness.
Dakota Hess, a digital designer and illustrator, has pushed me to free write and truly express how I feel as the time. This piece was written in Camden Market, London as I was eating a Turkish dog haha. We got something in the works, but here is just one of them.
Medium Articles:
I have dedicated my medium page as a space for me to share some of my thought going on around me. I consider it like an open note to myself to make sure I continue the path I am. I got some new ones in the tuck, so stay tuned.
Some of my favorite posts from this year were:

Interviews
Over the year, I have had some amazing interviews on some amazing platforms. I want to wish Plan C Podcast, The Lingo, Alexey GV Podcast, Net Builders 360, Fenix 360, and OldMilk Media. All respectful platforms and respectful hosts. They have given me the platform to talk about my creative career and I am so thankful. I can’t wait to… Ya will see haha! I got something amazing with some of these episodes.
Each episode can be found on my website. Watch now and be amazed at the work.

Shifting Your Music Into A Career Volume 1:
We launched the book in 2019 as an introduction on what I am trying to accomplish. We allowed the concepts of the book to grow and develop not only amongst musicians, but creatives as a whole. We allowed it to mature within the market where people supported the idea about monetizing off their music and passion. This idea hasn’t declined but only grew, and it’s time to add volume on that. Through podcast interviews, fireside talks at universities, tabling opportunities, we have been able to see the full life of an amazing product.
2.5 years of promoting the book and it still brings me joy that people are buying the book. However, I am moving into the transitional stage of the book. We are going to add on what we experienced and learned from Volume 1 into the next stage. We just need to close 1 properly tho. Stay Tuned.
Here is a preview on what comes at the end of the stage. Bless and ya stay safe during these times.
