Introduction
What am I really nervous about?
It’s not the bills piling up.
It’s not starting over.
It’s not even the idea of taking three steps back to go ten steps forward.
The truth is… I’m nervous to actually lead the pack now.
Being a leader isn’t just about making decisions—it’s about rallying your tribe. It’s about making the journey exciting, helping people see the opportunity in every step, and pushing forward the projects you believe in with everything you’ve got.
But right now, I’m in a weird headspace.
The world is changing faster than I can process.
Technology is moving in a blink.
Events are shifting toward community-based and free.
A new generation is rejecting the 9-to-5 and chasing creativity.
People are migrating to new cities in search of sustainable living.
So where does that leave me?
Where do I go in this new world?
The answer, I think, is to just walk.
Let the path guide me.
The wins, the lessons, the wisdom—they all come when you get lost in the sauce.
On the path, you’ll see things you’ve never seen… and things you’ve seen before with new eyes.
And if the path ever leads me to a coyote? Well… I’ll figure it out when I get there.
ADAPT Official Music Video
One of my favorite things in the world is producing. I love the creative process—building a shot list, crafting a treatment, picking outfits—all to communicate a message. And when everything flows just right? That feeling when you look back and say, “Wow, we really did that,” is unmatched.
“Adapt” by Klassik Poet. is one of those projects I’m incredibly proud of. The music video takes you on a sonic journey through hip-hop, from the 1970s all the way to today. We captured the energy of each era while staying authentic to both the artist and the vision. Watching it feels like a nod to your favorite emcees and the cultural shifts they sparked in the game.
If you haven’t seen it yet, take a few minutes to check out this video—I promise it’s a time-traveling experience through hip-hop.
Paint Jam Night
I love music and hosting, but I love to paint more, so why not combine both?
On August 7th, I will be hosting a Paint Night with PVD Entertainment at Sourmouse.
There will be performances, painting, and a ton of other activation to make the night memorable.
If you are free and would love to attend, come on down. It’s going to be a movie.
Arrivederci Recap
Over the years of working in the music space, I’ve experienced some of the funniest and most memorable moments. What often gets overlooked is the raw content of us just being regular people behind the scenes.
In this vlog, we take a look back at the Arrivederci show in April—a night that was as stressful as it was inspiring. From dealing with unexpected hurdles like camera fees to navigating endless logistics, this show reminded us that with the right budget and team, we can really make it happen.
Now, the journey continues! James and Nik are locking in on August 23rd in Chicago. If you’re in the area, pull up and catch the energy live. All the details are below 👇
Conclusion
We’re turning the page and starting a new chapter. 📖✨
There’s so much behind-the-scenes work I haven’t shared yet, but today I get to finally give you a glimpse. The biggest news? The Industry is officially preparing for its full release on Vanity TV!
This moment is special for so many reasons:
🎬 We’re wrapping up the final three unreleased episodes.
📺 The series will move from YouTube to Roku TV.
🎉 This milestone marks 2 years since the idea of The Industry came to life.
I’m beyond grateful to Dave and Steven for helping bring this vision into reality. This season is deeply personal—I find myself revisiting it often, and every time I’m reminded why we created it.
If you’ve been rocking with us, now’s the time to catch up—you have a few weeks to watch the last three episodes on YouTube before we officially move to streaming.
We’ll be celebrating this next chapter soon at a special venue… and I can’t wait to share it with all of you.
Cheers—and let’s keep walking.
