Allow Failure To Occur
The Success is around the corner
Introduction
About three years ago around this time, a heavy cloud of frustration hit me.
I was unemployed. Running up my credit card. Watching the debt pile up while the revenue stayed quiet. I really believed that by then I’d have an entry-level role at a label, sports agency, or creative agency working with influencers and creators. I thought all the work I had poured into emerging artists would “jump off,” that I’d be making six figures with benefits and living my best, happiest life.
I was completely wrong. College sold us a dream without the blueprint.
During that season, I questioned every decision. Where is this leading me? What am I actually building? I had invested so much time in the entertainment space that I assumed momentum would naturally turn into money. Some investments didn’t pay off the way I imagined. Mistakes stacked up. From the outside, it looked like I was failing in every direction. My parents were concerned.
But oddly enough, I wasn’t.
Deep down, I knew something would click. I understood that failure isn’t a dead end — it’s film study. It lets you scan the field, read the defense, and adjust the play. I just had to take smarter risks, communicate my pivot, and not quit before the breakthrough.
Out of that transition was born The Industry — not just an idea, but a reflection. A realization that the path wasn’t what I expected, but it was still mine to build.
SUPER BOWL LX PARTY

Super Bowl LX was a whole vibe!
Drinks and merch powered by Juan Please. A curated food menu dedicated to the night. And most importantly, a community that showed up ready to have a great time and watch the Seattle Seahawks take it home over the New England Patriots. Seeing Sam Darnold get that win was definitely a moment. The energy in the room every quarter was unmatched.
Expect more events coming soon at The Rose — this is officially becoming one of our residential venues for curated experiences. Huge thank you to PVD and Noah for always creating space for the community to gather and enjoy real vibes.

Bingo Maniac
Ever since I picked up the mic and stepped into life as an event host, I’ve been focused on creating moments that make people feel alive and fulfilled. The bookings have been increasing, and it’s wild to think about how it started. I remember when I wasn’t getting booked like that at all. Now I’m outside almost every week somewhere doing what I love.
Good problems to have, for real.
This photo is from my recent trip to Buffalo. That crew brought pure energy and spirit. It was such a fun night I almost missed my flight the next morning 😂 We stepped out after and honestly could’ve kept it going if I wasn’t exhausted. This picture represents genuine vibrations, real connection, and people choosing to live and have a blast in the moment.
If you ever want to pull up to one of my events, hit my line anytime. Let’s create a memory.
The Riddim Room

I love watching my friends create spaces where we can feel inspired and fully ourselves.
Ès, a multi-disciplinary creative, produced an incredible Caribbean fashion show that activated all five senses and brought the room to life. We had the pleasure of providing sound for the event — and somehow, I ended up serving too 😂
This production was created with family in mind, and I’m beyond proud of Ès and the direction the vision is heading. The intention, the culture, the energy — it was all there.
If you’re looking for sound equipment for your next event, don’t hesitate to hit my line. We’re committed to delivering top-tier production that elevates the entire experience.
Conclusion
The Industry was a turning point for me. It forced me to reflect on the decisions that shaped my path and accept that it was time for a new chapter.
That chapter began when I picked up the mic with a new purpose — creating fun, low-pressure experiences through game shows, bingo, trivia, and curated events. I leaned back into media, traveled to 30+ cities across three continents, and watched my brand grow because I allowed myself to fail.
Slow nights, empty rooms, disagreements about the vision — all of it sharpened the mission.
Being featured on Inside Edition is proof that embracing failure works. We’re going to keep building, keep evolving, and keep changing the entertainment ecosystem.
